I believe in the verbal, plenary inspiration of the 66 books of the Old and New Testament, which is the complete, inerrant, authoritative Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16-17, 2 Peter 1:20-21) I further believe that the King James Version is the most accurate translation in English of the Textus Receptus and the Masoretic Text, which most closely resemble the original Greek and Hebrew autographs.
I believe in the Trinity. There is only one true God, eternally existing in three uncreated Persons – the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19, 1 John 5:7)
I believe in the deity, virgin birth, sinless life, universal substitutionary atonement, and bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ. (Isaiah 7:14, 53:5-6, 1 Cor. 15:4)
I believe in the deity and personality of the Holy Spirit. (Acts 5:3-4)
I believe in the personal existence of angels, both good and evil. (Revelation 12:7)
I believe in the creation of the universe by the direct act of God, from nothing, in six literal days. (Genesis 1:1-2:2)
I believe that man was created in the image of God, but that he fell from his original state through willful disobedience and is totally depraved. (Genesis 1:26-27, Romans 5:12)
I believe that salvation is by grace alone, accessed by faith, on the basis of Christ’s atoning work on the cross. (Romans 3:24-26, Ephesians 2:8-9)
I believe that one who is born again will be kept saved forever. (John 10:27-30, Ephesians 4:30)
I believe that every believer should separate himself from the things of the world. (2 Corinthians 6:14-18)
I believe that the Bible commands separation from all forms of religious liberalism, apostasy, and doctrinal compromise. (Romans 16:17-18, Titus 3:10-11)
I believe that the local church, an assembly of immersed believers, is God’s ordained institution for the perpetuation of the truth and the advancement of His work in this age. (Matthew 16:18, Acts 2:41-47)
I believe in the bodily resurrection, pretribulational rapture of all believers, and the one-thousand year millennial reign of Christ on earth following the Second Coming. (John 14:2-3, Zechariah 14, Revelation 19:11-20:6)
I believe in a literal place of eternal conscious bliss, the New Jerusalem, where all the believers of all ages, along with the righteous angels, will dwell in the immediate presence of God and the Lamb. They will serve Him there day and night forever. (Revelation 21-22)
I believe in a literal place of eternal conscious punishment, prepared for the devil and his angels, where all the unsaved of all ages will be cast to pay for their sins forever. (Matthew 25:41, 46, Luke 16:19-31, Revelation 20:14-15)
